How do I create my page?

After signing up, log in to your panel and follow the onboarding wizard. Upload your photos, choose your song, enter your relationship date, and write what's on your heart. The whole process takes just 2-5 minutes.

How can I share my site after publishing it?

Accepted Answer

Once your site is published, a unique link (URL) is generated just for you. Send this link to your loved one via WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, or email to deliver the surprise.

How does AI site generation work?

Accepted Answer

Upload your photos and write a few sentences about who the site is for and what you want to say, and the AI writes all the text for your site, from the cover title to the letter, in seconds. Afterwards, you can refine anything you don't like from the chat panel with instructions like "make it shorter" or "make it warmer". This feature is included in the Story and Legacy packages.

Is there a free trial? How much do the packages cost?

You can build and preview your site completely free: add photos, a message, and music, and see exactly how it looks. Payment is only required when you're ready to publish. We offer three packages (Letter, Story, and Legacy), all one-time payments with no recurring subscription fee. Check the pricing section for current prices.

Are payments secure? Which cards are accepted?

All payments are processed through Turkey's most secure payment infrastructures (PayTR / Iyzico) with 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure. Visa, Mastercard, and Troy-enabled cards are accepted.

Is my site deleted when my fixed-term package expires?

Accepted Answer

No, your site isn't deleted immediately. It's simply taken offline for outside visitors. The moment you purchase a new package, your site goes live again. Note: Story and Legacy packages provide lifetime access with no expiration, only the Letter package is valid for a fixed period (1 year).

What is the difference between the Letter, Story, and Legacy packages?

Letter is an entry-level package that stays live for 1 year and includes the core features. Story adds lifetime access, unlimited photos, a timeline, and AI-assisted writing. Legacy is our most complete package, adding all themes, a custom color palette, and site analytics on top of lifetime access. See the plan cards in the pricing section for a full comparison.

Can I try my site before paying?

Yes. After signing up, you can fully build your site with your photos, message, and music, and see it in a live preview. Payment is only required when you want to publish it with a public link.

Can I get a refund after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of digitally, instantly delivered services, purchased packages are not refundable as a rule (under Turkish Law No. 6502, services performed immediately in electronic form are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal). We recommend previewing your site for free before purchasing so you know exactly what you are getting. See our refund policy for details.

How do I add music? How does autoplay work?

You can paste a YouTube playlist/video link for your page, or upload your own MP3 file directly. Due to modern browser security policies, on mobile devices music starts playing automatically after the first tap anywhere on the page.

Is there a photo or page limit?

Accepted Answer

Limits depend on the plan you choose. The Letter plan offers a gallery of up to 15 photos, while our Story and Legacy plans have no photo upload limit.

Can I make changes to my page later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you have an active subscription, you can log into your panel anytime to change photos, update text, or change your music choice. Changes reflect instantly.

Will my site look good on mobile too?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every template automatically adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens. Since your loved ones will most likely open the site on their phone, the design is optimized mobile-first. You can also check the mobile preview from the side panel while building.

Question 15

Can I password-protect my page?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you want your surprise to stay completely between the two of you, you can add password protection to your page. Your partner will then be asked to enter the password you set when the page opens.

Will search engines (Google) index the page I create?

Accepted Answer

If you've added password protection to your site, Google bots are automatically blocked from indexing it. Sites without a password can be indexed by default, but you can turn this off in settings anytime.
